Directions:

* Garment is designed to be worn under clothing.

* Easily slips on over your head like a T-Shirt.

* To remove garment simply slip the straps off your shoulders and pull elastics down over your tummy and carefully step out of the garment.

* You should not feel 'squeezed' into the garment.
